Hola amigos*, this my personal page. I live in southern Vermont. I like to read Greek mythology, and other things like that. I also like to read romance, suspense, and terror. I am currently reading Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins, the second book of The Hunger Games. I have read four DCF's, and read about four million other books. Every book I have read is very very good (so pretty much every book in the world is good!). I would suggest reading any book that sound good because it definiately will be! I hope to read all the DCF's this year.
DCF
The Hunger Games. By Suzanne Collins
This book is a romance, terror kind of book. In the ashes of North America lies the country of Panem. There are 12 districts, in district 12 lives a girl named Katniss Everdeen, she lives with her mom and sister, Primrose. Then Prim gets picked in the reaping to go to the Hunger Games, a tournament where one boy and one girl get picked from each district to fight to the death in an arena in the capitol. Katniss volunteers to take Prim's place in the Hunger Games. This boy named Peeta gets picked to go with Katniss. They have to have interviews and appear in a parade. Then after two weeks in the capitol the Hunger Games finally start. Katniss and Peeta make it to the final eight people. There are all sorts of road blocks, like fire, wild dog packs, hunger and thirst. I think this book is a good read for confident readers grades 5-10. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did!
DCF
Knucklehead By the company Only Viking
This book is all about Jon Scieszka and his five brothers. His dad was a principal, and his mom was a nurse. Bolth of there jobs really helped Jon and his brothers not kill them selves. his dad helped keep them disciplined, and his mom would help them with all of there broken bones. Jon and his brothers went to catholic school, and were part of the boys choir. I learned a lot of things from this book, like seven pounds of pressure can break your collar bone, and naming your brother after your neighbor can get you the chance to use his cool toys. This book is a good read for readers grades 3-9. This book was very funny and I hope you like it!
DCF
Eleven Planets by David A. Aguilar
This book reveals two new planets. It tells you why all the planets are called what there called and what Greek or Roman gods they represent. It tells you were they are in the solar system, and what type of planet it is. There are three types of planets, terrestrial, gas giants, and dwarf planets. I don't want to give the book away so I can't really say anymore. This book is good for all ages.I think it is very good and I hope you agree!
The Beautiful City of the Dead by Leander Watts
This book is about the band Scorpion Bone. The main character, Zee, and her friends, Relly, Jonathan Butterfield (A.K.A. Butt), and Jerod They are gods, Relly=Fire, Butt=Earth, Jerod=Air, And Zee=Water. the vice principal, Mr. Frankengoon, the bio teacher Mr. Kanake (ca-na-ce), and the janitor, Scratch, are missing there water and want Zee. But they go a little to far, they capture Relly and use him as ransom so Zee will join them. Zee agrees but then Relly escapes and Butt and Jerod come to help Relly and Zee fight Kanake, Mr. Frankengoon, and Scratch on Mt. Hope, A.K.A. The Beautiful City of the Dead. This book is very suspenseful and, at times, funny. This book is a good read for confident readers grades 5-8. I hope you find this book interesting!
The Alchemyst By Michael Scott
This book is an intense story of magic, and immortality. The famous Nicholas Flamel, A.K.A. The Alchemyst, has finally met the children he has been waiting for his whole life, Josh and Sophie Newman. This book is all about the adventures of Nicholas, Josh, Sophie, and Scatty (A.K.A. Scathatch). In this book they encounter, armies of undead, and armies of evil cats, evil crows and goddessess. Anyone who wants read this book should definitely read this, but only if they think they read at at least a 5th grade level. This book was good enough for me, and it will probably be good enough for you.
Sleeping Freshman Never Lie By David Lubar
This book is about Scott Hudson and his mom, dad, brother Bobby, and friends, Mouth, and Lee. Scott has just started high school and he and his old friends Kyle, Mich and Patrick have started to drift apart, Mich has a girlfriend, Kyle has joined the wrestleing team and Patrick has moved to Texas. Scott's kindergarden buddy has become so cute that he can't even bring up the courage to say "Hi". Enemys become friends, friends become enemys. There are dances and fights. If you like to have a good laugh while thing go terribly wrong, this book is right for you!
Calvin and Hobbes By Bill Watterson
In this comic book I think David Watterson really captures the true meaning of childhood. Unlike other comic writers, he acually captures childhood as it is. Now you may be wondering why I am reporting on a comic book, well here is why, my younger stepbrother is eight and he loves them, and my dad who is 39 has read them his whole life. So if you ever thought comics were boring think again. In all of the books Calvin and Hobbes get into some kind of trouble or mischeif, wether it death by Roslyan or calvin ball out of control, there is never something that is "un funny" in these books. These books are perfect for anyone who can read, so enjoy!

Grant. Nice start. LOTS of reviews. Good work! I have read over your DCF reviews and I would just suggest looking carefully at them once more for grammer/spelling stuff. Then have a classmate do the same so we can be sure to catch silly stuff. I have started a DCF count at the bottom of your page and I will change it as I approve your reviews. Keep reading (and writing on the wiki)!

Grant. I am having trouble reading some of your stuff because of the font colors etc....I can not read your last review at all. Also, in the second to last review I feel a little lost-- where do the asst. principal and teacher and janitor come into a story about gods? Give me a little more info. Great work so far, though.
